Project idea


The idea is to bring in a lot of diverse people of all the age groups together with the interest of food and make them involve in the different activities and workshops conducted in the park and evoke interaction between them.



Need for the project


This ward consists of many parks, restaurants, street food vendors, and hawkers that are all scattered across which lack a sense of connection between them. There is no such place where people of all age groups can come together and interact with each other and engage themselves in different activities. Developing the food street will provide wide options for the users and a multi-activity park can make the place more lively.



Objective of the project


To give a structure for all the scattered activities and to bring them all together to create a space that welcomes a large crowd and which gives options for the users, also which makes them not only involve themselves in a single activity but many

6. Existence of food vendors and hawkers in large numbers.


7. Site within 600 meters radius for most of the IT parks and educational institutes.


8. Existence of the park.

  • Area of the site -12784.01 sqm

  • Main access roads are Kundalahalli gate main road, ITPL main road/Graphite India main road

  • Key features are Munekolala lake, Chinnappanalli lake, CMRIT college, Brookefield mall, Ganapathi temple.
