Project idea
The image of many squares was closely tied to the great civic buildings located nearby, such as cathedrals, city halls, or libraries. Today, creating a square that becomes the most significant place in a city is a huge challenge, but meeting this challenge is absolutely necessary.
Need for the project
Identity to the whole community is a huge challenge, but meeting this challenge is absolutely necessary if great civic squares are to return a single storey shops which reach out to the edge of the main road, but on the other end is nothing but empty land.b.this makes the customers gather on the main road & also park their vehicles on the roadside.
Objective of the project
The modern workspace must be adaptable and ergonomically sound Public/Market Square objectives.

Site selection criteria
1. Close proximity to the main road.
2. Perceptible from the main road.
3. Has the ability to transform into Prime Spots.

Area of the site - 8359 sqm
Main access roads are HAL Old Airport Rd, Kundalahalli Main Rd and Vartur Rd.
Key features are Intel Office, Kundalahalli Main Rd and Big Bazaar, Kundalahalli Main Rd.
