Updated: Jun 26, 2020

Sai Stuthi R | This project essentially aims for a better quality of experience throughout this space for the user by retaining the urban character of this area.

Project description

Project idea

To give better recognition to the cultural aspects of this area and the roads connecting them which lies in the heart of Doddanekundi and to integrate and highlight other hotspots or potential hotspots to bind this whole space and its vibe by making it a central hub area.

Need for the project

This area is rich in its cultural heritage and houses many other important aspects which can be largely benefited from if the present conditions are re-evaluated and are in dire need of development such as the lakefront, temple zones, market places, etc. This area also lacks green cover and the basic sense of streetscape which need to be looked upon and also has many barren areas which are in poor condition that can be made into something worthwhile.

Objective of the project

Re -vitalisation and enhancement of the cultural zone, redevelopment and activation of streets connecting high activity zones and potential hotspots which need to be highlighted in such a way that its beneficial to the users and the functions associated with it.
