Project Idea
The idea of the project is to bring in all kinds of people to use the space without creating much damage to the existing natural resources but use them efficiently to their maximum potential to improve the standard of the place physically and socially.
Need for the project
The project need is in high time as it is an alarming situation that it should not go worse anymore and also many issues like lake revival and then efficiently using the space that is being used to garbage dumping which violates and also provide much-needed leisure space in the surrounding which is not present in the locality.
Objective of the project
The project will achieve its most important function of transforming the barren land that is being misused into a comprehensive infrastructure that promotes tourism.

Site selection criteria
1. First criteria: An open barren land which is misused
2. Second criteria: Geography as it is been stationed between a railway track and a lake.
Site details
Area of the site - 48600 sqm
Main access roads are Outer Ring road, Doddenekundi secondary road
Key features are Doddenekundi Lake, sports complex , suburban railway track , its a contoured site.
