Project idea
Idea is to make a public space catering to all the users and integrating it with the existing important landmarks like the malls, IT companies, etc. Mostly focusing on the green buffers as it enhances the space more by making it more inviting and lively.
Need for the project
Need for a lively public space for gathering, more green belt, and to ease the traffic congestion in the area and addressing the comfort of vehicular and pedestrian movement
Objective of the project
Providing a public space with essential amenities catering to all kinds of users, along with a green belt through the stretch and also understanding and easing the traffic flow and congestion.

Site selection criteria
1. First criteria: Important landmarks - Mall, IT companies, Commercial areas
2. Second criteria: Existing users of the space
3. Third criteria: Easy and multiple access points to the site.
4. Fourth criteria: The flyover is the main spine connecting the major parts of the ward giving it an opportunity to be developed
5. Fifth criteria: The area acts as an inter-motor transit zone with all three types of transport

Main access roads are Doddanekundi road, Ghoshala road, Outer ring road, Mahadevpura.
