Meghana.V | The proposal of a railway stop that enhances the connection between two important IT hubs efficiently and also connects to the city center faster.
Project description
Project idea
Indian locomotives is the single largest provider of transportation service in the country and is rightly termed as the lifeline to the nation. However, it’s position of pre-eminence has been eroded in the past few years. The main idea of this project is to reassess the strategy for providing sustainable and faster service of transportation.
Need for the project
The ward is in need of a better transit facility in and out of the ward. the high private vehicles on the road due to lack of proper planning of public transport has led to the congestion and pollution on the roads. The high movement of people in and out of the IT companies at certain times of the day increases the load on the roadways.
Objective of the project
It reduces congestion on roads, to facilitate faster transport in and out of the ward. Reduce pollution and propagate use of public transport.
