Project idea
The street is the life of any town or city, so my idea was to minimalize the factors affecting the liveliness and maximize the beneficiary futuristic approaches by knitting down all the needs and arranging them structurally at last.
Need for the project
The ITPL road spine is a very busy spine as there is a frequent movement of locomotive and people every time in the road, but very much in a bad state with heavy traffic congestion and also a very poor condition of the pavements. Also, there are some places with a huge chunk of vendor zone all facing the road and the lot of small commercials and vendor zones which has to be treated with utmost care such that it facilitates movements.
Objective of the project
I wanted to create not just the edges of the road with just an interest towards the pavement but also I want to efficiently redevelop the road by giving separate lanes to all the different locomotives as it will structure the efficient movement of the road without creating traffic.

Site selection criteria
1. The ITPL main road is the only mode of accessibility for users to commute from the residential area towards the tech park side. This stretch which has commercials facing the road, college and also it does have malls, petrol bunk.

Area of the site - 35000 sqm
It is on the ITPL main road
Key features: There are a lot of commercial and institutions and also it is a very important spine which is more congested as it connects to all the IT parks.
