Project idea
Integration of public transport with housing and business area for better productivity and traffic movement.
Need for the project
With increasing vehicular population and bad public transport, traffic is getting worse every day in Bengaluru. On average people spend 10 days a year in Bengaluru traffic. Reaching office/ school in the morning is very stressful. If public transport was better and houses were located near the transit stations, life would be less stressful in Bengaluru.
Objective of the project
Responds to the major issues in the ward and Bengaluru - traffic and parking

Site selection criteria
Criteria: Closer to the transit station.
Site details
Area of the site - 17000 sqm
Main access roads are Graphite India main road
Key features are Opposite to Kunndanahalli metro station
